Mao, a merc fleet? That's fine, as long as I get a GOOD explanation on how you got those ships (especially the Dominion ones, seeing as how there has been no official contact yet).

I forgot to say but all Klingon ships can cloak.( not in game, but in movies and stuff) I thought i had said that, but i guess i didnt.
        22 Vor'Cha Class Warships
        48 K'Vort Class Cruisers
141 MAY'DUJ Class Battle Cruisers( note: the May'Duj fleet though numerous covers a wide age range. Some are brand spanking new with all the perks of modern kligon war science. Some are old scows that are there just to lob as much firepower as possible, and to distract from the better ships)

        FIRST CONQUEST FLEET:
        6 Vor'Cha Class Warships
        12 K'Vort Class Cruisers
        36 May'Duj Class Battle Cruisers
        SECOND CONQUEST FLEET:
        6 Vor'Cha Class Warships
        12 K'Vort Class Cruisers
        35 May'Duj Class Battle Cruisers
        THRID CONQUEST FLEET:
        5 Vor'Cha Class Warships
        12 K'Vort Class Cruisers
        35 May'Duj Class Battle Cruisers
        FOURTH CONQUEST FLEET:
        5 Vor'Cha Class Warships
        12 K'Vort Class Cruisers
        35 May'Duj Class Battle Cruisers

Each fleet is divided into 4 task forces
the Klingon Fleet also has a large Marine divison and troop transport section capable of massive conquest.
All these ships are availble because around 65% of the Klingon Budget is devoted to the military. Social sevices are reduced, but then again the Klingons dont want social services.

Man I really hate this new log-in.

Anyway the mercenaries in "the Gambit" were a group of people who ran around stealing stuff. I'm not sure if that is what you want. The Orion Syndicate would be better, but they do not have ships of their own.

The Orion Sydicate without ships????????? How can they smuggle or do any one of thousands of different operations without ships. I'd imagine they'd have hundred of modified captured or scraped together vessels.

Head of Cousel Haw'Tu sat in deep thought. With new potential targets of conquest everywhere the fleet seemed to small to fit the task. He needed more ships and stronger ships as well. Some of the May'Duj's were older than he was and would give in under heavy attack. They must be either upgraded or replaced. Also more Vor'Cha and K'Vorts were needed. The Romulan Star Empire was growing and if the lesson at Kitomir taught the Empire anything was that those dishonorable cowards were more that willing to use espionage and sabotuers(sp) to accomplish their goals. The Empire security was not large enough to protect entirely against such dishonorable acts. It all came down to resources. The Empire needed to grow, but if it got caught in a war it may be defeated. Oh it would be a glorious defeat and would shatter the enemy as well, but it would be a defeat none the less. The only answer would be a small target. With plenty of resources, yet a small, or out of date military. Couseler Haw'Tu stalked over to a terminal and pulled up a gallatic map. Cross refrencing both military size and wealth three systems bordering the empire came up. One was Nex'Cha a neutral with one class M planet and several polar, but with no population it would take to long to exploit. Another was Frei a rich Ferangi colony with only 4 orbital batterys, a weak planetary shild and a warcruiser owned by a native who used it to escort his freight. The final was Yento, the people were primital and in there first industrial revolution. However much of the resources were buryed far below the planets surface and would take to long to mine. He made a choice. He called the cousel together and stated that the Empire needed to expand, and the best way to do that woudl be to attack Frei. The cousuel voted its approval and Conquest Fleet three and a large marine division were sent to seize the prize.

The Voth were a saurian species of the Delta Quadrant. Proud and surrounded by historical lore. Their ancient code of Doctrine guided them. Led by the Ministry of Elders the Voth held a speical place of hatred in their hearts for mammalian speices. After one of their scientists by the name of Gegen attempted to question Doctrine by suggesting that they were from Earth, Voth society underwent little change. Chief Elder Odala was too blind to accept the truth and those who followed her. However one Minister by the name of Pral had stumbeled across Gegen's work. Now the winds of change were sweeping across Voth society and it was only a matter of time until things erupted into chaos.

A Voth scout ship has stumbeled across the borders into the Alpha Quadrant. It's transwarp drive malfunctioned and stranded them. With only impulse power the Voth ship stumbeled into contact with a Maquis vessel in the badlands. After disabling the ship and killing the mammalian crew the Voth came across the Federation comm band. Communication between the Voth and United Federation of Planets has now been opened.

To Federation: We have reason to believe that you are a mammalian race. This sickens us, however since we are lightyears from our home and families we are open to negotiation with your species.

Aren't the Voth the REALLY advanced dinosaur race in the Delta Quadrant?

Why can't we fill out the major DS9 races before going and grabbing ones from the Delta Quadrant?

Due to the mysterious loss of a Marquis fighter in the Badlands, the Third Fleet is sent to investigate.

                      Orders:

                      - Scavenge any usable ships and or parts.
                      - Scout for any Class M worlds in the fringes of the Badlands.
                      - Find remains of destroyed ship.
                      - Find out more information about why and how the Marquis vessel was destroyed and neutralize whatever destroyed it if it was not due to natural phenomenon.

How are random events and conflicts handled? How is production going to be handled? I'm just puzzled by these things. If anyone can strighten these out for me, it would be great.

Aditionally, I found a site full of Trek info which could be quite useful. The URL is http://www.startrek.com

                          SPECIAL EVENT: Borg Attack!

The Borg have shown their ugly face yet again in the Alpha Quadrant. This time, they are invading Klingon space, and heading for Kronos, the Klingon homeworld.
Can the Klingon fleet stop them in time? That is the question...

                                Assorted other fighters

...It had been years since the last war...Peace apparently reigned in the Alpha Quadrant. But there were some in the quadrant who did not want peace. They were natural warriors of the Old Order...and order as old as the galaxy itself...shrouded in secrecy it is the Order of War. Many times have they revolted against the governments of the galaxy, but all have failed. Now they join together, to unite, for the first time in history, the Order of War has been united in the galaxy. They come from all species. The Old Order was a race long before form was united in the galaxy, before the definite could be established. They were all, they were none. They lived in many places in the Alpha Quadrant, but when order came to the galaxy, their homeworlds split and formed many different worlds. Life sprouted on these worlds, and some of the life was directly decended by those from the Old Order. These people formed their clans, their own clans, and was left alone for a time. But then soon other peoples became more powerful and the Old Order was scattered in their worlds. That was then...now the Order has found each other again...a special link between them all...not known to any...but there...

They have found each other. They all come from different walks of life, different species, but they all have a bond, a calling, and they have found each other and made their own clans.

From the Klingdon Empire, the G'nar Family, a long-line of honorable warriors, petitioned the Council for their own fleet and an autonomous mission...severing ties from the Empire indefinitely. The Council, long trusting of the G'nar, agreed, and has given them a fleet of warships and wished them well. High General Va'chak commands the fleet of 8 vessels as well as 7 cloaking devices.

From the Federation, the Thompson family...warriors of the European continent. Fighting for the British empire while others fought for American and Canada and other European nation-states. That was a long time ago. Now, they have an admiral in Starfleet. Admiral Jonathan Thompson, a distinguished man. He rounded up all his clan and asked Starfleet for command of a Nebula-class starship fleet. His family could crew two vessels. The third was from a Vulcan clan, the V'cha. Admiral Thompson commands the fleet.

From the Romulan Empire...two families from ages ago...They have now formed into their own lobby in the empire. The Y'chu and the Gh'nu clans have been granted access to a fleet of 7 vessels for their own autonomous patrols. The patriarch of the Y'chu, one Galius Romai, commands the fleet.

From the Cardassians, the Order of Boran, an old family in the empire. A family with little power, but great skill, manipulative skill. They manipulated the shipyards on Cardassia for 3 new vessels. The patriarch of the Boran, Gildron, leads this fleet.

The commanders were all driven to do this by some force, some unknown, and instinctively moved all their forces into one location, the same location, in the Neutral Zone. There, Va'chak gave his new allies, the Federation and Cardassian ships, cloaking devices...somehow he knew how many to get and why...but he had another one...not knowing why...they would keep it in storage.

That was 5 years ago...since then, the fleet has been moving around, their instincts weakening...working as a mercenary until the Old Order sends them new instructions. They go under cloak around the galaxy...never knowing...They are...The Order
