Which file contains the default city names for the different civs? I would like to edit the defaults so that when my computer controlled civs build new cities the new cities will have appropriate names.

Which version do you use?
In case versions higher than CiC: Find the City.txt file in the main directory. Open it, and just edit, save it in the folder in which you plan to put the scenario. In case you use the first version, do the same but save the file using a different name.

I can't find civ2tribes in the database. How do I get to it?
It might be filed as "Tribes" or somethin'... i can't remember.
As far as i can recall, though, i downloaded it from the >Patches< section.
