Seems to work fine for me.
EDIT: Looking at Case's post (supra) I would have to bet that the damn thing is tempermental and only works when it wants to. It's in my Geocities directory and they have already complained to me that my site gets too much traffic. Imagine that, I am showing too many people THEIR ads.
Maybe some Civ site will host mine. Although I think the narrow scope of my site would scare off many of the larger Civ sites. 
We will see...
