some question ...
i know this is a graphics showcase, but i need to know how i disable a diplomat/spy unit from acquiring some foreign tech without leaving thme completely out of a scenario.

In answer to you question, you can disable the human player's ability by editing the "game" file and replacing the "Steal Technology" line from the menu of the diplomat (or spy) with a blank line. This does not affect the AI, though.
Another way is to give the technology to the civ, then edit rules and set the preq's to no. The tech can't be stolen, but it can't be researched or traded either.II. 193 And fight them until there is no more tumult and oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease, let there be no hostility except to those who practice oppression.Comment

No it isn't my ship But the one under the Ju-87 is, hte one that looks like a "pocket battleship" Don't sweat over the crediting: I'm not that jealous
