Yep... This forum is kind of superfluous. The usual forums to go to instead would be basically any of the other Civ2 sections (depending on the subject of the matter) or the HS-Scenario League forum.
There have been several attempts at merging the Civ2-Creation with either the HS-Scenario League or Civ2-General/Help, but the SL'ers seem to be rather fond of their cozy little space and the administrators usually end up thinking they have better things to do than delete/merge this forum... After all, as long as someone looks at it every once in a while things usually work out fine. -
yes Apolyton Civ2 forums aren't very used but Civfanatics ones areComment
