How does Civ2 determine which style a barbarian city shows up as? There does not seem to be a way to tell. Maybe the first city style? Anyone?

I thought it always was the Bronze Age thing (or whatever replaces it).

It is usually the Classical forum style, but it is sometimes screwed up by the computer (happened to me after I made a great Oasis city style for "Pharaon" )

I'm pretty sure its the city style of player number 1.

So in other words, the "white" nation. I thought so too until I saw otherwise. Sometimes the city styles change as you toggle from nation to nation in the cheat menu. Deserves closer inspection.

          Thanks!
