Looking for Site that had Map Design Info

Somewhere I saw a CIV II site that had extensive step by step info on map creation. I have either lost the bookmark or forgot to mark it in the first place. I thought that it was Andrew and Allard's site but it appears that they are no longer maintaining a site or I just can't find it.

Does anyone know if that was the site that I'm looking for or know of another site that has that type of information?

Thank you. Your site was the one that I had looked at briefly. It must have been one of those days that I was just skimming the Civ II links and not saving them as I should have.
