I'm working on an idea for a scenario based on 1920's Germany. It will start in 1919 and end at 1933.
Rather than playing a civilization, players would take on the roles of the political parties of the time (N.S.D.A.P., Communist Party, Social Democrat, etc).
It's just a concept for the moment, but I wonder if anyone has any ideas on how something like this could be pulled off.

. Money can be awarded to each party based on how many other party thugs they can take out with their thugs. Goals and special character units can be used to represent the recruitment of historical figures to each party.
