Why were you banned Curt?"Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII

I must admit that i didn't understand anything.
What are aggresive evangelists?
I think that plain evangelists are some branch of the catholic heathen.
And what was wrong with those panzergrenadiers?"Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII

Here is the data on the Eternal Reich...
THE ETERNAL REICH: Playable
Leader: Führer Ernst Barkmann
Capital City: Germania
Government Type: Hegemonious Dictatorship (CIV2 communism)
Economy Level: Vast looting of Europe, repression and bad Management has led to many problems
Military Power: Superpower. Emphasis on traditional powerful German armour and aircraft types
Brief History:
After the German victories in Russia (1941-43) and the failed Allied invasions (1944-45),
Hitler swung his forces back on a full scale attack on the Western Allies and succeeded in
humbling British resistance. The Americans withdrew from Africa after some spirited defence.
The UK signed a humiliating armistice and heavily sanctioned peace, under Berlin's control.
At this, the USA continued a half-hearted campaign in the Atlantic, until the coup d'etat in
Washington by renegade officers. This derailed the Allied war effort as chaos consumed the US.
With the foundation the UFA, an immediate end came to the war in Europe.
On the Eastern Front, Stalin's death had led to his able successors armies pulling back and then
regrouping in areas far beyond the normal reach of the Reich, this was the basis of the Red Empire.
Finding itself in charge of a huge empire, Germany has not made good the damage done to Europe
in WW2, instead upgrading and fortifying what was deemed essential with typical German pragmatism.
Hitler died in 1951, succeeded by Speer, with the ever-loyal Himmler in charge of reshaping the new
German nation into a super-efficient war-machine for the future, with almost total SS control.
The hideous excesses of the Nazi 'old guard' were toned down, as the new leadership cynically
realised the need for masses of manpower to man the factories and building projects.
Thus, the Holocaust was never carried out to it's most terrible conclusion.
Speer made his tenure famous as he commissioned many grand new projects, including a massive
new hall of the German Eternal Reich, the most staggering building of the 'new Germany'...
With the death of Speer (1966) and Himmler (1973), the Reich council appointed the new Führer.
The ex-SS panzer ace and WW2 hero, Ernst Barkmann was to lead the Eternal Reich from 1974 onwards.
A no-nonsense military veteran and adored by the military, Barkmann was able to keep the enemies
of Germany in check during the 1970's with deft diplomacy and sound strategic choices. He also
was responsible for various defence accords with Germany's main rivals, the UFA and the Red Empire.
How long this situation will hold for is now a hotly debated subject in Germania.

Here is the data on the UFA...
THE UNITED FEDERATION OF AMERICA: Playable
Leader: General Oliver North
Capital City: Dallas
Government Type: Federal Dictatorship (CIV2 communism)
Economy Level: Capitalism, coupled with autocratic control has stifled development
Military Power: Superpower. Emphasis on naval task forces and highly mobile infantry
Brief History:
With the failure of the D-Day and atom bomb attacks, FDR's death and the military coup of 1944,
central authority in the USA was torn apart in a new civil war. The factions of the military command
versus those loyal to the old order were engaged in a struggle that spread from the East US coast and
then throughout the country. With the military holding the weapons, and an outraged populace, this new
civil war was not going to be a long, protracted affair. US Forces from around the world withdrew and made
their way back to America to side with a faction, some generals decided to go AWOL, rebel or independent.
State versus state and city-to-city the military clamped down on the 'corruption' of the old US system.
After months of fighting and mayhem, the military had achieved complete control of the country.
In a spectacular series of show trials, the generals, led by MacArthur and other notables, duly had all
opposition eliminated and disbanded the old US order. In it's place was instituted the Federal Bill and
the Loyalty Act, two documents cementing all control to ruthless military junta of the new reborn UFA.
The first act of the new government was to sign an armistice with Germany and Japan, both countries
were not seen as a threat to the new order of America. The council of generals was headed by McArthur
until his death (1954) being replaced by Patton. Under the able rule of Patton and Arnold, the UFA kept
itself focussed on small wars, such as in South America and in Korea, helping the Pacific Alliance crush
dissent. In 1961, with the growing iciness between the general council and the British-dominated Canadian
government, the UFA decided the assure it's Northern borders with an annexation of Canada. The campaign
was marked by the near-destruction of Toronto and the Assassination of Winston Churchill by UFA Loyalty
troops. But victory eventually belonged to the able UFA forces and the now ageing Patton.
With the death of Patton (1963) his successor, Kinnard was noted for his series of wars with Africa and
the conquering of Cuba and Mexico. Kinnard was an advocate of war with the Eternal Reich, a battle
that was not savoured by the UFA council, such dissents led to Kinnard's departure in 1974. A new general
was appointed in 1975, amid media coverage of the alleged Masonic and occult practices of the UFA high
council. General Westmoreland's short-lived reign was marked by a military disaster in Cambodia and
media smear stories concerning the UFA's secret activities. Westmoreland and many others stepped down
in 1978, making way for a new generation of younger officers with progressive ideas about the UFA.
Since 1979, the dynamic rule of General Oliver North has inspired new confidence in the United Federation.
His actions of subduing dissent in Canada, South-East Asia and on the homefront are a great indicator of
an able and no-nonsense ruler, one that the UFA is in need of after years of wasteful mis-direction.
North is also feted for not bowing to demands the formidable Führer Barkmann of Germania. At the
abortive UFA-Reich arms summit in June 1979, North won American acclaim for snubbing the Reich
leaders and reminding them of the UFA's readiness for war, at any time and place.
How this attitude will affect the fortunes of America will remain to be seen...
