    Genius idea.

I just did unfortunately and there seems to be an error in the BLOODY EVENTS FILE!

As for Colonialism, now the tech requires nothing and leads to nothing.

    • Aaagh! It's not MR, it's RM. My first name is Ryan, so R comes first! Get it right next time
@ rmsharpe: Please forgive me my mistake

The scenario looks great, Jim Panse, I suppose I'll have to take a look at it.
Please, feel free to do so

      I start debugging immediately.

      • Unfortunately i have replaced your old working events file and can't easily trace the new mistake.

Is anyone willing to post the previous working events file here?
        Fairline?

        • I found the bug, Pericles! I used the labels rmsharpe posted without changing the Barbarians to Neutrals. Anyway, it IS working NOW.

          • Do you think the scenario is ready to be uploaded to the Spanish Civilization Site?
Now it is. This would be a really great honor to me!

            • Cool.
I suspected the new labels had something to do with it.

Btw when you said you start debugging, did you meant a "manual" debug or by using that famous @DEBUG line?

I have never managed to make this thing work.l

              • Nope. I use the old but also effective create-a-new-event-file-while-the-other-one-is-in-a-different-directory-and-copy-each-event-and-watch-out-where-the-bug-is method. ;-)

Btw since negotiations are allowed(between allies at least-i suppose) at the PBEM better make an "open" version as well.
