Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
I put the files in the san fransisco folder and they showed up in the download folder when importing. Now that it's using them for the region I just copy them straight in there and overwrite the old ones.
Be sure to put it in the C:/mydocuments/simcity 4 folders, it's not in the same directory that the game is in.

Hey, that's an interesting snippet of information. I never knew that, and every time I downloaded a new version of someone's city, I always went through the "Import city" menu. But your method is surely much faster. Thanks.
Tass, like the folks above said, there are two distinct Downloads folders - one in the game installation directory, and the other in your my documents \ simcity 4 forlder. you need to put the files in the latter.
I understand the RCI concept, however I'm not understanding this:
My RCI indicator (expanded) says thers a high demand for Residential $, $$, and even $$$. I understand that. However, it also says there is a high demand for CS$, a low demand for CS$$, negative demand for CS$$$, moderate demand for CO$$ and moderatoe demand for CO$$$. Whats the difference between CS and CO?
Then it also says there is extremly high demand for I--AG, extremly negative for ID, IM, and IHT. What are these?
I dont suppose i can still join can i? Just got the game yesterday
