OK, I just played my turn, and I did make the connection to your city, Eli.
Now, my city has shrunk a little bit, because I am still providing no education for the sims, but I hope more of them will come to work in your city now, Eli. They apparently had something missing in the transportation system, because despite the fact that both ADG and Eli have lots of industrial developments, the industrial demand in my city is still sky-high. That means that my folks aren't getting the jobs for some reason...

Vovansim :
My rail-road system was established. But we're seem to be having this slight problem... None of your residents commute to my city. The number of passengers using my railroad system is zero.
Does anyone knows what can be the problem?

I was out of money and had to spend everything I had, so not much growth. Lots of my industry is not developed yet."Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master" - Commissioner Pravin Lal.

Kregston
Population: 11 239
Commercial Jobs: 2314
Industrial Jobs: 1 148
Kregston is still in a depresion. All of the diry industry has left Kregston for Elipolis, but there is not a large enough demand for manufacturing and high-tech to take it's place, and they are slow to move in because the industrial zones are full of abandoned factories and warehouses. Our commercial offices have also begun to leave the city, although we have had some success filling the limited demand for low-wealth commercial retail, it hardly makes up for the larger outlets that have left the city.
Because the growth of the manufactoring industry is so slow, the middle class is starting to shrink and there is no longer a demand for medium-wealth residence. Infact, there only thing there is a demand of now is low-wealth residence. However, since all of industry has left Kregston, half of the lower-class population is left unemployed and many houses are being abandoned despite the huge demand for housing. I believe poor transportation services are to blame for this, as they likely find the commute to elipolis too difficult - although I have made sure there are many bus stops and train stations available.
Due to the lack of income we've also had to cancel the garbage deal to Elipolis. (And we are currently looking for a better sollution to our garbage problem)

Ocean City: 2010 (Now Uploaded to the FTP)
Residential Pop.: 24748
Commerical Pop.: 3950
Industrial Pop.: 8214
At the beginning of this turn, the commercial and industrial sectors were in decline, and my tax base was eroding. However, the industrial demand is now positive again, commercial demand is now about to break even, and residential population kept growing. The budget problems were fixed with new tax money from new residents and the construction of a casino.
Also, Eli and ADG: I connected my rail line with your two cities, you might want to check the connections.
