Maybe a setting where it's 20-200 Lemmings so depending on skill level, the size of the level, and the power of the computers involved you could have a small or massive amount of the little guys running around blowing up.

Civ and WoW are my crack... just one... more... turn...

Hehe selective offensive nuking would have to be in. Mass nuking in SP was tremendous fun.

Yeah, would be great...and if the Lemmings have hit points, you should be able to change it, before starting a game, so game 1 could be x players, with 200 Lemmings each (with normal hit points), while game 2 could be x players with 2 Lemmings each (with lots of hit points)...Would be easy to change, and would give two different games: Game 1: Kill many with one shots...Game 2: Hunt your enemy, shoot precicely

Though it might require, that a player can never end up having to weapons/abilities left (of course they might end up to zero, but there should be a timer for each weapong/ability, so you get e.g. 1 bazooka each 30 sec. while you get a SuperLemming each 40 sec...

Oh, and btw, the superLemming could maybe grab (by passing by) an enemy Lemming, and put that Lemming down, somewhere else

Now all we have to do is market the game idea somewhere...

I'm already sold on the concept!

too bad Psygnosis doesn't exist anymore...(I can't find their homepage, so I guess they doesn't exist)...does anyone know, if some other company has bought the rights to make a sequel to the game (I don't think there is...but you've got the right to hope...right? )

Me too...I have had this idea in my mind, ever since I got Lemmings 2... (Well...I played my first (and last) Lemmings(1) MP game at the same time I got Lemmings 2...)

Now...if they just had asked me, on how to make a sequel...

You do realise you guys are near enough describing "Worms"?
One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

Not exactly...in Worms, you control few worms, who all stand still (untill you move them...when it's YOUR turn), while in Lemmings MP you have Lemmings all over, who always need someone to look out for one, and it's YOUR turn all the time...well...until, your last Lemming is gone...

So it's two different play styles...kinda like the different between TBS and RTS

I prefer worms over the lemmings bezerk idea. I just don't like clickfests that much.
