As usual, someone woke up in the night, and this night it was Zopperoni that heard the wailing from the toiletia. He woke the others, and they headed off together, only tripping over a small chain and a ring in the dark, to see Guynemer writhing in agony, with all the usual symptoms, first the green penis, waved on display, then the raving as the headlice devoured his brain. Thirdly the rumbling noise from his bowels, imminent to their explosion, fourthly the nethroliths sprouting wildly from his back, this sending him into a final foaming fit, teeth clenched, and his death.

The Romans applauded a totally overdone death.

Okay, we've got a smart mafia, since most of the unlikely suspects are dead.

Very possible. Slaves were messing with food, after all, and he has a ready made motive. Been kinda posting under the radar.

2. Theben Butcher Alive
This weird style of murder just might fit Theben. Plus knows how to season food.

4. Snowfire Aspiring Gladiator Alive
Is a gladiator, like Dr. Spike. But innocent, 'cause Jam didn't send me a message. Also due to the fact that I wouldn't be a lazy mafia.

8. Kassiopeia Slave Dealer Alive
See Theben. May enjoy killing in bizarre ways.

9. DrSpike Champion Gladiator Alive
If the stuff people tripped over really was evidence and Dr. Spike was dumb enough to leave it lying around the place he knew his poisoned victims would stop by (not even the murder site)... well, it makes no sense, but that didn't stop me from voting for him last round.

Speaking of which, if it really is poison, can't we all, you know, go live on the land for awhile? Become hearty Roman hunter-gatherers?
