Gentlemen, I do believe we have the perfect setting. After the nuclear apocalypse, the survivors were reduced to cavemen and strange mystical powers resurfaced. On one island, however, strange Latin-speaking merfolk pirates came from the depths, saying that Atlantis, the last remaining Roman colony, had decided to resurface and come back into the world. The lead islanders thought this a wonderful idea, and the island's inhabitants & the Roman merfolk decided to form a corporation together... that would rule the world! At least until people started dying.
