    I'm going to have to go with Spaced Cowboy before I'm voted for, one clue indicates me or him, or is simply a red herring.

    Since I was reading a book on red herring, and I'm not the mafia, it has to be him!

                Rasputin was eyeing my golf clubs very strangly the other day.

                Also, I did get a clue, but I'm not sure if it was from the first one or the second one. The clue made absolutely no sense what-so-ever! (Considering that it involved me and Rah). Rah is dead, and I am not the Mafia. Can you say Red Herring, Mr. Jamksi?
