Well, the last game finished rather quickly, and I didn't get enough time to enjoy being a GM. So, you get stuck with me for another round.
A couple things I wanted to clear up while we are at it, though.
First, what did people think about the background story? Should I put in the time for the next game to come up with something, or did it not add too much? Put the response to that into the poll please.
Secondly. I declare a new set of rules for the next game. The changes aren't great, but I'd like to run them by folks before we get going:
1. No more two-round rule! Having people vote for someone they don't think is the Mafia just to make a tie is artificial and not much fun, IMO.
2. When there is a tie, I will kill both contenders. Be they innocent, or the Mafia, I don't care. All the tied folks will die. (The reason, again, is I greatly dislike the recent tend of people going: "Ooh, let's make a tie, so that we could figure out who the Mafia is by seeing who is let to live!"
)
It seems, however, that we might have a problem here that all the games would be too short. Indeed, both of these rules were made to make the games last longer. Any suggestions on what alternatives we could implement? (Well, I was thinking about one before: anybody who mentions the word "tie" in the thread dies immediately, regardless of the reasons for mentioning that word, but then I thought it might be a little too much.
