                    Well, technically they could have put Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri a Brian Reynolds Design but seems too bloated even in a disclaimer.

                      hey I bought SMAC and Civ3 based on name alone. Same with SimGolf- that was a dumb purchase. I got bored of that game in 1 day .

                        Obviously giving Siddy all the credit when BR did the hard work.


                        One thinks that 'Sid Meier' tagline would have sold a few 100,000 more than a 'Brian Reynolds' one .

                        And, btw.. Gettysburg! WAS a Sid Meier game. The last one he worked on (well except Dinosaurs) until Pirates! Interestingly, it was also Firaxis' best game (IMO). Sid should do more original games.

                              Brian Reynolds had Finished with Civ3, so they didn't have throw everything he did and start over, giving us the wonder that is the current Civ3?
