I think one rule should be, like in Civ, that you can't capture the person's captal (or: last city) with propaganda. Otherwise, this turns from a Nuclear War game into a propaganda game. Also, I'd propose this: Democracies still get two cities with propaganda, but now you need a spy to perform propaganda, and he always dies in the process. This makes sense in RL, sort of, returns game more to Nuking than constant prop fun, and also removes the mind-boggling advantage of Democracy, while it still retain a certain edge.

spy for propoganda? Good idea. that puts a dent, alrighty. Now we have to give Isolationism and Dictatorship something in that regard.

One problem. The map shows me as having lost Delos and Egesta. The site shows me as having lost only Delos. IIRC, we decided that Demo propping against Demo only gets one city.

Vovan's idea sounds like the best way to avoid the propaganda rulers...
But would this give Democrats a double spy bonus for propaganda missions, while Communism has the double spy bonus for everything else?


And I was thinking about making this an online game (With login, cast orders, logout... login, check spy mission... change order, logout)... ala Vovan's project for next yet, except this will only be playable MP, and everything should be saved on a server)

Though I wont be able to do this at present time... I can't start before December 20, because I'm busy with a school project at the moment...

Anyone here who's interested in helping, if I decide to do it?

Nope. since, that's communism's only bonus. democracy isn't handicapped in building cities for example.

DrSpike built the city with the well-thought name ‘NewCity’, while GeneralTacticus rebuilt his city Scion. Sandman trained a new spy, while Skanky Burns was doing some propaganda on Vlad Antlerkov, but failed because Sheep sabotaged his orders. Vlad tried to use a deflection shield against Skanky, but failed because Burns sabotaged his orders… Sheep also managed to use a little propaganda on GeneralTacticus’ city Jerusalem. Lets congratulate Sheep… first month he didn’t build a new city…
