I decided to start playing again, landed in an avg kingdom on WoL.
Playing as Avian warrior, semi-suiciding for the elites.<Kassiopeia> you don't keep the virgins in your lair at a sodomising distance from your beasts or male prisoners. If you devirginised them yourself, though, that's another story. If they devirginised each other, then, I hope you had that webcam running.

Plundering newbs and inactives is fun
I used most of the gold to max my sciences...when that was nearly done, i used it on elites, i'm plundering maybe 2 or 3 mil gc/day now...i expect it to drop once i get bigger -> less inactives.
But then i think i'll use the learn attack to keep my sciences high.

We will be using this thread to post possible changes for the next Age of Utopia, set to start around September 7th. Please use the Bugs & Suggestions forum to post your suggested ideas for the next round.
At this point, race changes look to include strengthening of orcs and weakening of faeries. Undeads and dwarves may also need slight improvements.
Our main project is going to be looking at a possible redesign of the relations system yet again, to make it even more action-oriented rather than declaration oriented. One possible system includes:
* Wars would occur when two kingdoms had attacked each other (successfully?) a cumulative number of times - with actions needed by both parties to enable war.
* A "Hostile" declaration would provide offensive bonuses and accelerate the pace of potential war. However, War would no longer be limited to kingdoms one is hostile with. Kingdoms could declare 3 or 4 other kingdoms Hostile.
* "Peace" declarations would probably still exist, but their exact function hasn't been determined yet.
This is only a skeleton possibility of one proposal - we're open to other options and ideas in this area. The primary intent is to make wars a more natural progression of actual hostilities and avoid the "fake war" syndrome in the current system.
Additional possible changes:
* Attack gains would be have a relative kingdom size component. That is, attacking a large player in a large kingdom could net more than attacking a large player in a small kingdom. This would help protect larger players in smaller kingdoms.
* Possible addition of "Good" and "Evil" ratings. Different races would start with different ratings, but then each player would develop ratings based on their actions. There would then be various bonuses for interactions between certain styles of players (Good attacking Evil, etc).
