Definitely a lifesaver in games that have the occasional tendency to CTD. Much as I love EU2 I couldn't play it without autosave!To doubt everything or to believe everything are two equally convenient solutions; both dispense with the necessity of reflection.

The ability to customise the graphics of your game.
I remember doing this in Golden Axe by copying one units graphic files over another units. You could end up with all sorts of crazy things by doing this. Modern games that are actually designed for being customized of course turn out better.I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).Comment

Not autosave so much, but quicksave. Saves time.
