                  Definitely a lifesaver in games that have the occasional tendency to CTD. Much as I love EU2 I couldn't play it without autosave!

                    Was this mentioned before? The ability to pause and give orders in real-time games. Definitely a plus.

                      The ability to customise the graphics of your game.
                      I remember doing this in Golden Axe by copying one units graphic files over another units. You could end up with all sorts of crazy things by doing this. Modern games that are actually designed for being customized of course turn out better.
                      I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).
