though this does remind me of those Christian Children's networks that help the starving kids in africa and latin america... all they ask for is like a dime a day. how come more people don't do those things? Once I get an income i know i will...

I know what you mean.. people are dying and it doesn't cost much to give few bucks and that buys many meals in there.

So what if it's illegal.. it's not like they're gonna bust your door open and shoot you. Just put few bucks in an envelope between paper (so it they won't see through without devices, no one gets tempted to steal it that is) and send it without return address. There is absolutely no risks in it legally. I've done it dozens of times, sending money orders to the US. Never any problems.
