  • Free information thread: American blackmail

Marketplaces of some cities in former USSR were raided by CD-antipirates. After hour the sellpoints continued saling disc. Police of these cities performs these raid dou to USA activity: USA warns, that they will do economic sanctions agains countries who will not do this. It's an example of violent american politics and ameracans putting their laws to other countries. USA accuses some other countries of extortion, but USA do exactly the same.

It is. But why let facts get in the way of a good rant?

Even if it wasn't international, it is still stealing. Muxec, are you saying that The US being against stealing is "violent American politics"?

Take your anti-American junk elsewhere or come up with something worthwhile to discuss.

I presume that you are stating that creative works are instantly subject to proliferation by the masses. Please stop by the nearest museum and try to walk out with a painting. Just because it is vocal instead of painted makes no difference on the fact that its creative rights belong to someone.

BTW, this is internationally recognized thought, not just American.

Please explain why these sellers have a "right" to someone elses intellectual property?

Painting is tangible item. You are allowed to photo it.

But only USA presses on others to make them copyrighted.
