I would consider a mid major coaching position a step up from coaching Basketball at Nebraska.

Yeah... they get all the corn fed heavy lineman to come for football... but they don't seem able to get any real basketball talent

Actually, we had some pretty good talent under Danny Nee. Too bad the man couldn't coach (or keep the players away from his wife).

Collier can coach, but he can't recruit. His big plan when he got here was to build the team around Nebraska-grown talent. You can imagine how well that has worked out...
