      Whoa, Boris, it's eighth grade. Chill out. He asked for advice and frankly insinuating someone is gay is a good way to get the advantage in a case like this. It'll force the loser into a defensive position and might shut him up.

      I offer more or less practical advice, and you accuse me of being an *******. I wasn't saying he should commit an act of violence, just that he should point out to people that it's gay to have poetry about friends betraying you in an IM away message. Which it is.

      It's a free country Boris. I know it's not a free forum, but if I get banned for offering advice, oh well.

              Yeah, it's only eighth grade, what harm could it do? How about perpetuating the same, tired old bull**** of using gays as a source of mockery and contempt, hmmm?

              There's nothing "gay" about poetry--my roommate is a poet and very straight, thank you. There's nothing "gay" about what Gianni is doing, he's just being an annoying *****.

              There is something wrong, however, with spreading unfounded rumors that someone is gay as a source of maliciousness, especially considering how that age group tends to view the subject anyway. It's a reinforcement of the gay=bad mentality, and it's a good way to ensure the kids who are really gay and see it will feel further intimidated. It won't do anything productive, nor help in the situation. It would just be bigoted meanness.

                        Poetry is not gay. I write poetry sometimes, not very good, but I do write it. I know lots of straight people that write it also. I simply said that it's a good way to get an loser to back off.

                        Just out of curiosity how would you describe Gianni's behavior?
