        I was told by a friend who went to see 'In the Line of Fire' that the John Malkovich assassin character reminded her of me. I have no idea whether she was insulting me or not...

              I've forgotten the name, but the character played by John Laurie in "Dad's Army" is the one- the irritable old Scot who kept saying "We're doomed".
