  • Life after death: exists?

This has been discussed over and over, but the discussion
seems to stand still at the moment, but maybe these
    scientists at: http://www.liberfoundation.com/pressroom.htm
have found something to give some meat to the discussion.
I myself is a believer, do you think there is something
beyond the short lifespan we have here on earth?

Six years ago, Liber foundation scientist Nicolas Gisin who at the time researched in the fields of subatomic particles and electromagnetic spectrums. Found something very interesting. It involved how energy wavicles with their tiny vibrating entities interact with photons of light that humans release when they die.
Sounds like the worst pile of nonsense I ever read. Beats even Dubya's speeches.

Could you pick a worse place to ask this question ?
What do you expect from Radical Liberal Communist Atheists ?

              BTW, "YES".

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I believe in death after life

Seriously I don't know. I believe in spirits and apparitions but they could well be something like residual energies left around.

My philosophy on religion is I don't know, there is no way I can know, so I may as well try and be a good person and live my life properly, then see what happens.

                    There is a contradiction here.

The thread title is "Poll: Life after death: exists?", implying that there is a poll on whether we believe that there will be life after death.

But the actual poll question is "Is a life after you die possible?". What if you believe it's possible, but not that it actually exists?

I honestly find it amazing that we as a species have created such elaborate systems of invisble men in the sky, and a wonderful life after we die, all to overcome the pain and hardships of life.

it's trite and overplayed, but religion is the opiate of the masses.

When you die, it's "game over". That's all.
Of course it's not a very pleasant thought when you become older, so i suppose i'll maybe think differently later.
