    In Austria we have 51 cent stamps and such stuff - 99-something coins would make definitely more sense...

          Charging 9.98 instead won't do a whole lot. You reduce your price by a penny so that you can con the customer out of a penny. Why bother?

          At least when you do it with the 9.99 it sounds cheaper than 10.00.
          One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.
