No Ted: it is going to be an Iraq. The uncertainty and instability is what makes it dangerous.

It's a nice troll, and I think Horsie was also making fun of the people who are saying this. One week, great advances within that time, a clear goal vs. Vietnam.

There's so far no evidence that the Iraqis are supporting the invasion. Nothing like popular uprises that were previously imagined. In fact, some religious leaders have called upon the people to fight the coalition.

I for one admit surprise, but not for the lack of a "revolt"

I rather felt many more Iraqi troops would surrender upon contact

Battletech is a good, simple, fast-paced game. Warhammer is a bit silly. Granted, those miniatures look great if you paint them right, but it is still a silly game.

Urban, warhammer is great because of its depth for fantasy gaming. the 40k version sucks

European Apolytoners just don't realize that everything that the United States touches becomes pure, and that our political leaders have the powers to walk on water.

Am I the only person who doesn't care if we "liberate" the Iraqis or not? There are people all over the world that are oppressed. What makes the Iraqis an more deserving than a dozen other peoples? Why should billions upon billions of dollars be wasted on it we we could make America better? I don't like the precedent that this sets. If we are worrying about terrorism in America, what will toppling Sadaam do to fix anything? If Sadaam is such a threat to mid-East peace, then wouldn't Israel do something about it? This all seems pointless to me.

Warhammer used to be good (esp. WH40000) but Games Workshop wrecked it in the early nineties in an effort to sell more miniatures.

I used to have a huge army, but I gave it away a while back because I couldn't stand the new rules.
