Try this one, I've only used ImageReady a few times before.

What's weird is, at the same settings, 87x87 is smaller in filesize than 80x80...

Edit: What the hell? It was 87x87, I hit Save, it was 4.9KB. I resize to 80x80, hit Save, it's 5.8KB and the quality is much worse...
