One matter has been bugging me a lot recently - and that is the behavoiur or senior citizens.
I've always given up my seat on the bus and been polite to the elderly, yet I've mainly experienced rudeness in return.
When in town the other day 5 old people cut in a queue in front of me at seperate points.
In the supermarket an old lady knocked a load of food off a shelf. I helped her pick everything up and she just looked at me.
Later in the supermarket an old man just barged into me. By this point I was so irate I called him a ****er.
I swear, they complain about the young being rude and uncouth yet behave like this. My friends have similar experiences.
What about you? Am I just being ageist or are old people just being rude?
