        That's because terrorists don't have engravings on their foreheads announcing the fact. Unless they strike, you don't know where they are. al-Qaeda can be all over the place without you (or the CIA) knowing.

          The entire resources of an angry USA are being thrown at tracking these fools down. If it takes 50 years USA will hunt them all down. Dead or alive.

                  True with the bunch we know about - but they've been pretty egotistical primadonnas, getting themselves on TV all the time, running their mouths, having slack communications and infosec procedures.

                    If an Iraqi sniper or terrorist were to take out Dubya, Rumsfeld and co, would the American public consider that a war crime?
