. Anyhoo... can you browse the web on that computer? Can you join the Apolyton Chat on that computer? If you can do both, my guess (I'm not a TCP/IP guru, though) is that the admins of your network don't like P2P software so you should either use a port-agile network or just be a good boy and buy your music at the record store. Or, if you're feeling particularly brave, you could ask the network's admins about proxies for P2P software, but that might bode well for your future possibilities in use of the network...
