The lighting doesn't look quite right. You can see the shadow his head leaves but the rest of him doesn't seem to cast anything.
The head looks fractionally oversized too but I may be imagining it...Comment

I'd say the pic is real, it's just the man on it is someone that looks like Saddam, not necessarily the man himself.
The shadow is fine - it's just a result of poor use of flash, if you ask me - I got a ton of pics like that when I didn't know how to use the camera properly.
EDIT: On the second look, it does seem that the head and the neck don't match very well (like Calc says) in that the head seems a little twisted to the side, but not the neck...Comment

The man's head-neck is p shaped for crying out loud. Obviously the person did a spectacular job lingin up the neck with back of the head, but it makes saddam's head look like a bean sprout as a result..Originally posted by vovansim

I would have resized his head, but I have a feeling that the shadow was from a real person's head, which is why he went for saddam's head the way it is.:-pComment
