I've a doubt, because I'm not religious... Wasn't the date for Purim different between cities with or without walls?

Walled and non walled cities do have some different things but none of them have to do with Purim.........

However some holidays last 2 days outside of Israel and only 1 inside of it because in time gone past it took time to spread the news from Israel to elsewhere the holiday started so they did 2 days just in case........I think this is idiotic because we now have more accurate time pieces but oh well.

Date for Purim different? I doubt that. IIRC, it's 14 Adar, always.

My Jewish friends used to enjoy their Purim parties...

Talked about them for months afterwards.

Unless you were busy being burned by them.

EDIT: please note that the preceding comment was a remark intended to lampoon a large portion of Christian history which was composed of burning the infidel, and was not meant to condone such actions.

Those were their inquisitors, not the saints... not always the same things, you know.

What the saints wanted to do was burning our books. They tried to destroy all of Talmud.

A lot of inquisitors became saints too.
