its hard to explain. its like making quote marks with your index and middle fingers like in a sentence. putting "lance" in quote marks like that would imply its a psuedonym...which it may very well be.

If you looking for someplace warm in the U.S. or Canada you can drive to, you have just about four choices this time of year:
1) Florida
2) Southern California <-- 72-80 degrees F today
3) Las Vegas/Hoover Dam
4) American Southwest (Ariz & N Mex) <-- and there's nothing there
