There are parallels between those who blame women for getting raped (ie, they wore too provocative clothes) and those who like to attack America and say it is bringing on itself further terrorist atrocities by trying to wipe out criminals of this world like Saddam.

I find their criticism of the US - which is the most peaceful and benevolent superpower this world has ever known - typical of the jealous European mindset evidenced by their leaders.
