Tell him he's lucky if it is consistent every month.

With my partner it is unpredictable. She can go for two or three months with no real problems and barely notice but then a bad month comes along. One time (several years ago now) she was glaring at me and would not say why, just that I had annoyed her. A few days later she admitted that she was annoyed because I was sitting there breathing. Breathing! I'm just glad she doesn't have violent impulses.

Try some of the herbal remedies and you may find one that works. If it seems to be diet related try a zinc supplement for the few days beforehand as that can help the uptake of vitamins and minerals from food. You could stick a note on the fridge door saying "Yes, it is" so he knows better than to ask :

For the Husband, there is GOLF.

don't let them put you on paxil

          these would be better choices:

          dong qui
          black cohash
          red clover

the dong qui works, i used for years and i think
worked pretty well. at least i never killed anyone
chocolate alone was never strong enough for my system

Even if the woman has a very valid reason for acting like a psycho its very difficult for the man to understand, He just has to put up with it and she has to accept he might not always huts smile and say thats ok dear I don't mind that you have just wished me dead for the 5th time today

Pregnancy is PMS multiplied. When my wife was pregnant during the summer, I kept the thermastat set at 60 and lowered my golf handicap, due to extensive playing.

What would be good is if women could wear a flashing neon warning sign at first onset of symptoms so we could take evasive actions.

My does not have such severe PMS but every once in a while........ whew. Of course, the conflicts were not eased by my own (minor) tendency to have rage control problems (god knows what would've happend if I was a steroid user like so many other weightlifters).

wait for pre-menopause, you'll probably become a pro.

PMS is a walk in the park compared to menopause.

the symptoms last 24/7 and not just for a few days
                      a month

its just a wonderful time to be alive

I'm started to see symptoms late last year. (my wife still forcefully denies it ) My golf index dropped under 10 for the first time in decades. If this is that MAGIC year for her, I'll be down to a 4 before the summer is over.

You know, somethings cant be explained to guys or understood by guys. Samething with girls. A girl will never understand the pain that a guy feels when he gets hit in the balls.

Somethings are just ment to be unexplained.

What's everyone's favourite song about PMS? I'm still leaning towards Mary J. Blige's "PMS", but I hear Tweet did a decent one too.
