vlad drafted Rocco Baldelli, who is not yet available on Yahoo due to having no playing time last year. So he basically has Baldelli reserved for when he does show up on Yahoo - the rest of us cannot pick him up.

So the rule is, if you draft someone who is not available on Yahoo, you get that person once they are available; no one else can pick them up.

Yes all players not picked will go on the waiver wire and you can pick up anyone as long as you drop someone on your roster.
