Absolutely, and I think a lot will depend on manager Ronald Koeman as well.
He recently pursuaded Pienaar to extend his contract thru 2006, and Koeman's a very pleasant figure to watch and listen to.
He doesn't annoy me like Van Gaal did.Comment

But I agree, if Koeman and the Ajax board play their cards well and the tranfer market works in Ajax's favour for once, they have a good chance. I certainly hope they do (and hopefully that'll give the other Dutch sides a push in the right direction again as well)...Comment
