War and Bush, A Correlation?

I think that there was something dodgy happening during the election, and that Gore ought to have won it. Having said that though, it's a bit late to do anything about it now.
I fully support a war with Iraq."Paul Hanson, you should give Gibraltar back to the Spanish" - Paiktis, dramatically over-estimating my influence in diplomatic circles.

I'd bet there's a positive correlation here between rightly elected and the support fo war if you get a large sample enough. Even if it doesn't look at all like that at the moment with n=3. However, if we want to talk about correlations and so, a voluntary poll on a internet forum is not a unbiased statistical sample.

I'm just thinking that all this support to war is just partisan and an act of pro-Americansim or pro-Bushism (for those living in the States) rather than an actual consideration of the issues involved.
Look, it works both ways. No matter what result you would get to that poll it doesn't lead to your conclution. There's enough people making far fetched conclutions from polls that doesn't ask the questions those people claim they do. All it would prove is a correlation (or not), nothing beyond that.

I think that Bush was rightly elected according to the laws of his country, although it provided us with a good laugh at the time. The fact that the turnout was so low says that the election process there has lost touch with the people but... that's not a legal problem.
I was against the war but I'm coming round to slightly support it although I still have huge reservations about what will happen afterwards and I'm convinced it will, at least in the short term, encourage support for terrorist groups not discourage it.Jon Miller: MikeH speaks the truth

It always makes me laugh when I hear people going on about Blair being like a "President", when in fact the American President has less power than the British Prime Minister.
Hopefully Blair will stay for another twenty years, but first get rid of that idiot Gordon Brown. He was OK until 2000 but then flipped.www.my-piano.blogspot

Bush was probably rightly elected, but I'm 100% against this war (or any other conceivable war we could fight).Follow me on Twitter: http://twitter.com/DaveDaDouche
