The San Jose Mercury News reports Barry Bonds faced live pitching Saturday for the first time since having minor elbow surgery earlier in the week. He crushed the first pitch he saw for a home run that sailed over the right field fence and hit a passing car. Bonds underwent minor surgery on his left elbow Wednesday to remove a small ball of scar tissue from just under his skin.

He probably really doesn't realize the draft has started yet. This will indeed speed up as everybody gets in gear and figures out we've started.

But I'm willing to bet that the computer will make his first pick. Nothing wrong with VG.. but he wouldn't be my first pick

Has anybody done Yahoo before. The rankings skew more toward hitters than pitchers, unlike Sandbox and CBS...
