I just asked the question... I never stated I don't have a problem with it either way.

But yes... I would have a problem with it, safe or non safe. But then again, I'm a father

The more you practice s_ex with different people,
the less you'll enjoy s_ex during your mariage with one person.

the less change your mariage has to endure.
The bigger the change that you will divorce.
The less change that the mariages of your children will succeed.
The bigger the change that they'll see s_ex more as a way to be satisfied than a tool foor love.
The bigger the change they'll walk the same path you did.
The bigger the change that a nation will evolve in one porn-loving love-hating self-centered group of individuals.

But of course I'm old-fashioned and stupid and shortsigthing and all that.

If something is feeling good for 1 hour, it can't be wrong, right?
            That's the spirit!

Conclusion: Ming: I would have a problem.

I think the only good form of having s_ex is unprotected (not including birth control during mariage)
that is unprotected because you're having s_ex with only one person so there's no change for deseases. (ok, there still is, since some deseases can be gotten different, but that change is fairly small)

If you chose to have mass-orgies though, protect yourself as good as you can. However, what's going to protect you from mixing love and lust up forever in your life?

            rant.

              I agree Cybershy

I think it would be ebst if everyone just had sex wit the love of their lives

but some people take a while to find that person (I understand that)

btw I think it is important for young people to experiment with sex (safely of course).

The problem with a lot of marriages is often one or both partners has not have many flings. So when the opportunity comes around they end up cheating.

I say have your fun while you're young, and then later on you can marry. Hopefully you will have got it all out of your system, and your marriage can last.

Yeah, that last sentence is 'bout right.

Conversely, I'd argue that sexual performance is a matter of skill, and like all skills, practice makes perfect. By and large, people's first forays into sex are awkward and uncomfortable. But with experience comes learning techniques to bring more pleasure to yourself and your partner(s). I am certainly much better in the sack today than I was 3-4 years ago, and I've improved largely by taking techniques taught to me by various partners and applying them. And the sex I have today is FAR better than my first time.

It is more likely, IMO, that someone who jumps into a long-term relationship and has only known sex with that one person will get bored with it and be curious about what he/she may be missing out on from other sexual partners. I've seen this break up many relationships, including a current situation with my best friend from college and his fiance.

Sex within a relationship will always be more special and caring than casual sex, because you have the added excitement of the personal feelings shared between you and your partner. But there's no reason to believe that previous sexual experience with other partners is going to diminish that pleasure at all. In fact, I find it far better to be with experienced partners than the clumsy, awkward newbies. It makes a dramatic difference in bedroom skill!

You're wrong. It all boils down to the individual, not how many people they've had sex with. I know serial monogamists and people who have had only one sexual partner, and the serial monogamists seem more stable.
