    What's a "down", and what's a yard?

Ok, ok, I am kidding, I actually know these. I think.

the halo just didnt let the other team get right on you before you could catch it. now you still hafta let em catch it but u can get right up to him while he is and nail him as soon as he catches it.
      I just don't know anymore.

you DO know yard but down is just like a term for a "try" or "attempt" but a 3 yard return sucks...avg is liek 10 and a good is like 20+

But that's also why players can call a "fair catch", right, so they won't get tackled right after catching the ball?

ya fair catch is just so he can catch it without getting hit and no being able to return it

Ah, I see. I saw some NFL games on tv some time ago, and the rules are quite simple but it's the terms that confuse me

But don't wake me when there is a game on tv

Now baseball on the other hand...
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
                Once again...

Some pro football players sometimes take ballet dancing lessons to increase balance, flexibility and coordination. I wouldn't be surprised if most kickers do, because as you have shown, the moves are very similar.
