It used to irritate me when I saw an Asian girl (or boy for the matter) color her hair blonde. I'd always feel that it was sad that an Asian had to dye their hair to imitate the European/American race.

Then upon coming back to America I have seen enough American girls who do that to realize that it's not a matter of racial envy - it's a matter of simple style choices.

So each to their own. I'm going to leave my hair black. It also means that the first time somebody sees me with my underclothing off, my "collars and cuffs" won't surprise them.

as a white guy who digs asian chicks, i can say that the blond hair thing doesn't click with me. i know a chick that has a pixie-esque haircut with these blonde stripes in it, like some retarded zebra or something.
