I think i would be classified as a nerd. That's the definition others would give me, but I am neutral on it.
I have to say that being political does not make one a Nerd. Hippies are political, tree-huggers are political, but neither group is nerdy.
I think socially aukward, somewhat introverted, immune to fashion, with abit of obsesiveness (specially over things imaginary such as sci Fi, comic books, Fantasy, TV,in short, anythign other than sex, alcohol, parites, and sports) makes you somehwat nerdy. I would add that one needs to be sexually akward, incapable of sports (lacking good whole body coordination, no matter how good your thumbs are) to be a full nerd.If you don't like reality, change it! me

Geeks tend to only care about stuff they like.

Thanks, guys. But I imagined it in a different way. I thought a nerd was someone interested in acquiring knowledge, whereas a geek was someone crazy about computers, but in both cases at the expense of social skills and interaction, of course.Freedom is just unawareness of being manipulated.Comment
