actually I should change my answer.

I am working on my body. Not as hard as I should be, but I'm still losing fat, hopefully gaining muscle.

As for my mind, I need to work on that some more. I actually miss school . I loved to learn things, but I can't really afford college. Anyways I still read scientific magazines and try to keep my knowledge level up.

As for soul. Well I still consider myself spiritual, not religious. But I haven't really concentrated on my soul recently. I usually do that when I'm hiking. Like most prophets, I have spiritual experiences in the desert . Or maybe that is dehydration. Either way it has the same effect.
