It won't work as long as corporations send us rightist propaganda in the form of news.

        See my sig.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

So I guess there's no hope in the US for the leftists

                thanks

Actually it's quite the opposite. Most Americans are too dumb to want it. About a third of the population supports social democracy, as long as it isn't called that.

                      HAHA!

Seriously though, considering the position the US lower-classes are in, I am surprised it is taking them so long to get a movement going - probably because the 'democratic' US govt. would called the communist subverters and arrest em

                        Andy-Man:

No it is because the lower classes are conservative. even if they are in favour of economic socialism (which i doubt), they would be turned off from the social liberalism of socialism... those who favour higher wages, etc. tend to also favour school prayer and be pro-life.

Marxist ideas in America have almost always been more populist than socialist

                        thanks

notice how the movements in america favouring business regulation, etc. (the populist and lesserly the progressive movements) also favoured alcohol prohibition, etc. William Jennings Bryant was also the prosecution in the Scopes Monkey trial. The left in America is very conservative
