I've seen several entire episodes of 7th Heaven (don't ask), and it almost works as a comedy.

It's just way too Christian. And every episode is about making something into a big deal, when it's nothing. Oh no, the kid flipped someone off. Let's have a whole episode talking about it, including an emotional apology.
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "

But maybe part of the reason society has gotten worse, is that some things that truly are wrong are not seen as a "big deal" anymore.

Anyway, in some ways the show is corny, but you know, I still like the show for some unexplicable reason.

I almost forgot, The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn.
"In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed. But they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love. They had 500 years of democracy and peace. And what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

My favorite TV shows are the ones that the NFL delays every Sunday during the season

I may start a thread on Alias here in Apolyton if there is enough people who like the show that it does not die fast. I went to the message boards at abc.com, and they are the worst ones I have every seen, and have to many women posting how they think how cute the men in the show are and how they want more romance in the show, just cant stand it.

                      It's quite explicable: bad taste.

If I have bad taste, then I don't even want to know what you consider to be good shows.

I miss "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher". It realy made a difference on the American TV.

This is coming from someone who votes Republican -- talk about WEIRD.

Actually is quite normal. About 50% of us Americans do vote Republican. That is a MUCH higher number than people who are gay. I guess that means you are weird for being gay .

Well, not really. People didn't pay attention too much to it. Mostly it was a bunch of celebrities being idiots and upstaging the smart people. It was fun, but it didn't make a dent.
