Well he's in the UK so his right to free speach is protected by common law rather than the constitution but basicaly he can say what he wants.

No you don't. Libel and slander are much easier to sue for in the UK and the government can (and does) ban books. Compared to most of the world, you have very unrestricted speech, but AFAIK, only the US actually has free speech.Originally posted by TheStinger
